This is the pin for the A Digital channel of the Rotary Encoder.
You can connect this pin to any other pin that can deliver Digital( Boolean ) data.
Typically this pin should be connected directly to the Output pin of the Digital Channel where the A signal of the Rotary Encoder is connected.
